iPhone 3G S Review

For those of you who live under a rock and don’t know, iPhone has released the latest in scams to get people to buy the same iPhone as before with a compass and voice activation that simply calls the wrong people. Let me preface this by saying, I am a big fan of Apple and the great products they produce. I did purchase the 3g S and I do love the iPhone, but Apple really didn’t do much to make this phone different. The one major feature improvement for me personally was the Video camera. I have been waiting for this since I jail broke my old phone. The new features are:

1. 3.0 MP Cam with focusing (Although I haven’t seen any focus)
2. Video Camera
3. Voice Recog of calling and iPod features only
4. Compass (Seems to be useless)
5. MMS (Which apparently AT&T simply cannot get to work on the iPhone)

And a few others. My review of the new S is that, I want more. But yet again, Apple has hooked me in to their lure of wonderful and exciting products, that just work! As an “IT Guy” obsessed with gadgets, I think the iPhone is the must have. but if you want my 2 cents. Keep the 3G you have and wait until Apple makes the mobile Mac (Next Gen iPhones).
